Ordering
You can view details of any of our products online, with no obligation to buy.
When you're ready to buy, click 'Proceed
to Checkout' at the bottom of the shop page to buy online and you
will be directed to the PayPal gateway where you can enter payment details for a
credit card purchase or pay via a PayPal
account.
Alternatively you can contact us by email or phone to make your
purchase with an Aspex Software person. Our contact details are at
the bottom of every web page.
Whether your purchase is conducted by
Credit Card or via a PayPal account, your card details are never
seen by Aspex Software.
The prices on our web site are
in pounds sterling and include VAT (15%) for home user purchases.
Home and school users may purchase online using a credit card or
PayPal account, school users may optionally place an online official
order. For school credit card purchases within the EU PayPal adds VAT to items in
the order, no VAT is added by PayPal for school purchases placed
form outside the EU.
You can pay using your PayPal account, by credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
or Debit Card (Switch or Delta). If
you're buying for a UK school or college, you can also choose to pay
by official order in which case the products are delivered with an
invoice for payment within 28 days. English schools can specify the use
electronic Learning Credits (eLCs) on an official Order to purchase
any of our software.
You can pay by cheque if
ordering by post.
Security
Shopping on our web site is totally secure; all credit card payments
are conducted through the secure PayPal payment gateway and your
credit card details are never seen by Aspex Software. Any
communication between the Aspex Software website and PayPal
involving personal information such as name and address is conducted
via a secure socket (SSL). This is indicated by the letters 'https'
instead of 'http' at the beginning of the PayPal web address.
Returns policy
All our products can be downloaded and tried before purchasing
and so Aspex Software does not operate a returns
policy for purchased software. In the unlikely event that a CD
delivered by post
are defective when you receive it you can return it
to us for a replacement. Aspex Software normally charges £15.00 for
replacing lost CD's or those damaged by the user. Schools and
colleges may procure Aspex products by Official Order for payment or return within 30 days.
